Rokae SR3 

The SR Series feature high-precision torque sensor in all joints that enable ultra-sensitive force sensing. This feature effectively removes the risks of accidental collisions, injuries and ensures safe operation. The cobot has more than 21 TÜV functional safety features, and sports a independent RSC design with dual channel redundant monitoring.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order by buying the product directly through our webshop, or requesting a quote by contacting us. If you are in doubt, please contact us. We will happily assist you.

Which currency should I pay in?

We only accept EUR at the moment. This means you can only pay with a card or bank account which has access to EUR transfer. If you request a quote, and confirm the order, you pay through the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) information you find at the bottom of the order confirmation. 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are sent to your shipping address once payment is confirmed. Depending on the products requested in the order, the shipping time may vary from a few days to a few weeks; as not all of our products are in stock in Europe. Orders requested through a quote will have an ETA shown, or personally written by our sales team. If you ordered online on our webshop, you can always contact us with your order number, and we will reply with an estimate.
