The xMate CR-C Series of flexible cobots continues the leading functional characteristics of the CR series, and moves the controller in the base of the CR series out of the body to form an independent control cabinet with IP54 Protection level, which reduces the installation size of the base and improves the protection level of the body to IP67, which can adapt to more stringen application scenarios.
The xMate CR17/5-C is designed for palletizing that requires a high reach capability. With it's 17 kg payload and max reach of 2047 mm, you can palletize a vast amount of boxes, metal bits and more. Using a cobot to palletize not only creates a more safer working environment, but can help automate applications that weren't feasible before due to safety constraints, and needs of collaboration.
The independent control cabinet provides richer IO resources and more flexible extensibility. it's built-in independent safety controller, TÜV certified, functional safety meets ISO 13849-1:2015 standard, up to PL d/Cat 3 level.

Which currency should I pay in?
We only accept EUR at the moment. This means you can only pay with a card or bank account which has access to EUR transfer. If you request a quote, and confirm the order, you pay through the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) information you find at the bottom of the order confirmation.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are sent to your shipping address once payment is confirmed. Depending on the products requested in the order, the shipping time may vary from a few days to a few weeks; as not all of our products are in stock in Europe. Orders requested through a quote will have an ETA shown, or personally written by our sales team. If you ordered online on our webshop, you can always contact us with your order number, and we will reply with an estimate.
