The MZ10LF is a fast, lightweight industrial robot with a payload of 10 kg, and a reach of 1202 mm. For production safety, an RMU (Robot monitoring unit) is always included. The unit has functions such as operating range monitoring, angle monitoring, speed monitoring and stop monitoring. These can all be set from and communicated by the robot controller. The standard communication protocol is ProfiNet, but Ethernet/IP or EtherCat can be used alternatively. The MZ10LF uses the Nachi CFDS controller.
