Which currency should I pay in?
We only accept EUR at the moment. This means you can only pay with a card or bank account which has access to EUR transfer. If you request a quote, and confirm the order, you pay through the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) information you find at the bottom of the order confirmation.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are sent to your shipping address once payment is confirmed. Depending on the products requested in the order, the shipping time may vary from a few days to a few weeks; as not all of our products are in stock in Europe. Orders requested through a quote will have an ETA shown, or personally written by our sales team. If you ordered online on our webshop, you can always contact us with your order number, and we will reply with an estimate.
